If you would like us to help you find a consumer representative to work with or you are seeking input from consumers, please contact us using the below form. 

Please be aware that this process will take time and, while we will do our best to find a consumer representative, we cannot guarantee to find a match for all requests. The more time you give us the more likely we are able to find someone. In our experience requests with a turnaround time of less than 2 weeks are unlikely to be met.
