In November 2015 the ACI Patient Experience and Consumer Engagement (PEACE) Team conducted a survey of ACI staff and consumers to better understand their learning needs with respect to patient experience and consumers engagement. The survey has informed the development of this webinar for consumers.
Facilitated by Dr Anthony Brown Health Consumers NSW and ACI PEACE Team, this webinar clarifies the role of the ACI and it's networks, and discusses the reflections, examples and challenges of working on them, with experienced ACI Networks and Committees member, Mary Potter.

How to join our webinars
Please check our website regularly for upcoming webinars and subscribe to our online newsletters to hear our news. You will need to register for each webinar you would like to attend online by following the link provided. A confirmation email will be send to you. On the day of the webinar, about 15 minutes before the start time, click on the 'Join' button in your 'GoToTraining' confirmation email. The program will initialise, download and launch automatically to link you to the webinar.
What hardware do you need?
You can watch our webinars from a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Whichever device you use, you need to ensure you have speakers or earphones in order to listen to the webinar. You will need a solid internet connection. You will NOT need a microphone or webcam. You can also view the system requirements here.
What software do you need?
Our webinars are run using a program called 'GoToTraining'. A confirmation email from 'GoToTraining' will be emailed to you. The link (the 'Join' button) in your confirmation email is designed to download the software you require, and launch the webinar. At the end of the webinar, the program will be uninstalled from your device. Please ensure that your organisation or device firewalls allow you to receive the confirmation email and also allow you to download the program from the link.
