Improving Health Services Through Consumer Participation – A Resource Guide For Organisations is a thorough and practical set of resources produced in 2000 by the Department of Public Health, Flinders University, and the South Australian Community Health Research Unit.
It was funded as a national project by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care as part of the “Consumer Focus Collaboration” project.
The Resource Guide appears to only be available now from the Health Issues Centre in Victoria as a set of 7 documents plus appendices.
