Graduate Certificate in Consumer and Community Engagement
We have partnered with the Health Issues Centre in Victoria to provide the Graduate Certificate in Consumer and Community Engagement course. Our course is specifically tailored for NSW.

Cost: AUD 2,860 (incl. GST) per person
Who should attend?
This four-day course is aligned with the NSQHS – Standard 2 and is accredited. It is for staff working in health services and other health-related organisations. It is designed for quality managers, clinical team leaders, consumer engagement managers, coordinators and staff, government officers and others seeking training and national accreditation. Experienced consumer representatives are also welcome to attend the course.

The advanced course consists of four units:
- Manage operations within a consumer and community engagement framework
- Support consumer and community engagement planning
- Lead the implementation of organisational consumer and community engagement
- Manage and develop systems and structures for consumer and community engagement
