Research training for consumers and researchers
Over the past few years, we have partnered with Sydney Health Partners (SHP) to promote and increase health consumer involvement across SHP’s research activities with the aim to achieve better health, research and community outcomes. As a result, we are holding introductory online training sessions, open for both consumers and researchers. These online sessions are intended as an introduction to consumer involvement in health research.
How does the training work
Participants must be able to commit to a total of three hours of their time, over two weeks. This splits into a two-hour zoom session, 30 minutes to go through preparatory material that will be emailed a week before, and 30 minutes to go through follow-up material and an evaluation that will be emailed a week afterwards.
